If you call then they can help you. You might be entering something wrong. Basically what singleman is saying is that you will have to keep up with the steps. Once your file is transferred to 2nd VO you wait. Just like everyone else who was transferred. Ottawa will either contact you if they need additional information or if they want to send passport requests etc.
