I dont think its just a matter of them wanting to avoid Covid risk. My application and quite a few others obviously have passed all steps and our apps are scanned in the system. Yet, we are still waiting for files to be transferred to VO's across the world, which is not happening. I think they simply dont want to work, simple as that. Lazy mofos sitting at home collecting full pay.

I'm assuming when only scan the docs in if the application is all in order? I think this wait is part of the process of them moving to a new system. Plus, there's the covid slowdown as well..

Total 6 users with aor1 on the tracker sheet now, another 6th user Amira updated as aor1 getter but in March. Can you please confirm it here in this thread as well ?

Somebody from March 03 got AOR1/Biometric on August 31st as per the excel sheet. The country is India and VAC is temporarily closed in India. So it is confusing.

AOR1 and biometric would have been issued by CPC Sydney, NS not the VAC in India.

Yes my wife got Biometrics request letter today and it has application and UCI number. Application was received on March 3rd.

Congratulation to the one who got AOR1. thanks for sharing.

As far as I understand AOR has nothing to do with if VAC is closed or open, because IRCC is giving 3 months and more extensions to get done your bio metric.

Hopefully we all get AOR this month.
