Has anyone who is immigrating from USA to CA started their application yet?

Edit: Anyone who is filling out the form, I advise you to follow the checklist instead of trying to find the documents by other means. The checklist provides you with both guidelines and documents in an organized manner. It's also easier to follow than looking online and researching things you need.

Yes, I’m American. My husband and I originally filed inland in late January, the application was returned as we forgot to include a NOA. Thus, we decided to file outland as the processing times are so significantly faster at the moment (2-3 months it appears). It was just delivered a second time this morning!

Hope it is processed much faster this time. Are you a firs time tax payer in Canada without NOA or you forgot to attach?

I have never lived in Canada but I’m currently in Ontario as a visitor. My husband forgot to include his NOA along with the letter from his employer to show proof of income.

How do I know if my package was recieved? Fedex delivered it but no communication from visa offices.

I think that's the hard part in all this. Just waiting for the first communication! I am in the same boat. Puralator delivered mine on Monday and I've been watching my junk email box like a hawk ever since.

You know thanks to tracking that it got there but could be 6-8 weeks until you get AOR so you have a while to wait. There are long periods where you don’t hear anything after medical is done so you‘ll need to be patient.

Couriered the file today, they will receive it by monday, let's see.
