Hi! I hope everyone is good! I'm writing because I just wanted to get an idea time wise how long it took for everyone from having their Medical test passed to having the final decision made and also receiving your COPR. I handed my application in on March 26th 2020 and the last update I got was my wife passing her medical exam and that was April 29th 2021 so its been a hard wait for us but its been really assuring reading your stories and hearing the process complete for some you

Is CIC number reachable ? My application was submitted on March 2020 and they requested additional documents were requested after 11 months. We have summited all the required documents but the status still shows awaiting additional documents (even after 2 months of submission).
Is there anything else I can do from my side?
Anyone in similar situation?

Yes I did check ECAS... it shows "in Process" and I did receive an email confirmation on the day I send those documents. Nothing after that.
I am unable to get through via CIC number too..

I m also having same situation. IRCC has requested AD in February-2021. Submitted by web form and Paper application forms to NDVO on February 27, 2021. Medical done in October-2020,Biometric done in December-2020. Received Pre arrival letter for my spouse and then after received AD for my dependent son. Since then no email no change in ECAS and No change in GCKey. Only receiving computer generated e mails. Tried no of times to reach IRCC till free no. But unable to talk with agent.

Primary Applicant- in Process
Please inform me if some one having same situation,when can I see change in E CAS that requested documents are received or any e mail confirmation.

If you’re in Canada, you‘d better try to call IRCC again.
Though you surely have to wait to reach the agent, I recommend morning time than afternoon.
When I called IRCC last Tuesday, I was able to reach an agent and confirm about my app.
I called 8:15 a.m. and reached after 30 minutes waiting.
I dont think so, especially because of lockdown in Delhi. What's your timeline?
