Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)- and the number I try is 1-888-242-2100 We tried that one too.. No response.

Hi Menaka, I am in the same situation, additional documents were requested and submitted. Since submission the status still shows awaiting ADR. Its been like that the past 3 months. And our application has crossed the year mark. Thanks

Thank you for your response. Yes I did check ECAS... it shows "in Process" and I did receive an email confirmation on the day I send those documents. Nothing after that. I am unable to get through via CIC number too..
