Received the certificates today (Spouse & Kid).
IRCC replied to our email that they were mailed on Feb-22, that came out to be true based on the stamp date on the envelope.
The oath was on Feb-9, Mississauga office

Congratulations! To clarify/confirm, we need to apply for a passport after we receive the citizenship certificate, correct?

Hope all of you are doing great. I am March 2020 applicant and still it is running and don’t know when it will be ending!! My background was completed and updated since March 2021, I did test on October 2021, and was completed and updated after 2 days!! I checked my application status and the background verification changed to in progress since February 9,2022!! I posted here about this on February 10 and I was advised that the fingerprint will be requested again because the old one is valid for a year. I did the last fingerprint March ,2021 and they didn’t sent Me the new fingerprint request yet!! Is there anyone here in the same situation like me?? Please advise me. Thank you in advanced..

Try sending a webform asking why the background was moved back to in progress. Also ask if you need to re-submit the fingerprints. It might give them a nudge.
Similar situation for me, with BG check done in Feb 2021.
Test in Oct 2021.
However they never asked for FP.
And it still noted as "completed" but I read BG was valid only 1 year.

Update - Completed my Oath today. Everthing went really smooth. It was approx 90 of us and took us about an hour. Sent the oath firm right away. Hoping to get the certificate soon.
October 2021. Then It changed again sometime to In process and in December changed to DM.
