That's correct. I said I need to go to US due to work-related questions and that I have my tickets for Sept20-25 and officer said "No" as it's not a reason why she should expedite it, and that usually it takes 3-5 business day to deliver it.

Okay, hopefully it comes within that timeframe so you can apply for the passport in-person for rush.

Any idea when everything else will be set to "Completed"?
I thought that generally everything is set to "Completed" along with the Test, but it hasn't happened in my case.
Any people on the same boat?

To avoid disappointment, I'd say expect it'll take at least a couple of months for DM status (everything except oath to be set to "Completed") however, it could happen soon. Timelines vary.
