Hello All, I am currently filling my citizenship application form CIT0002e-2.pdf I'm about to answer question number 14, Have you ever held a travel documents/passport during you 5 year eligibility period. I held two passports during my eligibility period.
The first passport was valid from 17 Oct 2008 to 16 Oct 2018.
I got my second passport six months prior to expiry period and it's validity is from 21 Feb 2018 to 20 Feb 2028.
When I'm filling the question number 14 in my citizenship application form, it's asking for date issued and expiry date if applicable for both the passports. When my second passport was issued on 21 Feb 2018, my country passport issuing office made a note that my old passport # is cancelled on 21 Feb 2018 and new passport # is issued on 21 Feb 2018.
Do I have to put the cancellation date of 21 Feb 2018 as expiry date for first passport or should I put the actual expiry date 16 Oct 2018 on the question number 14. ?
Could you please guide on what's the right date to be put and if anyone was ever in similar situation?

Enter the Issue and the Expiry dates exactly as on the passport. You can add a letter of explanation and mention that you got your passport renewed and the old passport was cancelled on XX date.

I put the issuing date and expiry date as appear in the passports regardless of the cancellation date.

Hello everyone! I have a question about the test. I was invited to take the test online between July 12 and Aug 1. I took it on the 23rd and it said I passed when I submitted my exam, but I did not receive an email confirmation or anything and my account says it is still not completed. Should I have gotten a confirmation? Does it take a few days to update?
I am just worried something went wrong and I wanna know if I should take the test again before the window is over.

Don’t worry, it can take anything between 2 days to 10 business days to validate it.. you should be fine ..
At the end of the exam after you submit the results, there should be a button you need to click to receive the result on your email. I don't think this is a big deal, if you pressed the submit button for the test
As novascotia27 mentioned, your test takes time to be marked as completed, as your exam and your photos will be reviewed by an official.
Hello All - Below is my timeline and I'm in a bit of a situation here. I gotta leave for India on Aug 20, 2021 and I wish oath date to be either before I leave or after 4-6 weeks of Aug 20, 2021

Application Processing began: Nov 2020
Test Taken: Jun 7, 2021.
DM and all other status update to Completed: Jul 22, 2021.
I have sent a webform to IRCC with my flight tickets attached making an appeal to provide me with a convenient Oath Ceremony date so that I do not have to end up in the reschedule/postpone mess!
Do you think it is advisable to call them and explain the same over the phone too?
Is there any other way I can/should reach out to IRCC about this?
