Would it be worthwhile to apply for them after my test has been completed? Maybe to see the due date for the rest of the items?

I think those notes are not really updated.. I did 2 so far for April and May and they are the same.. Passed my test in March.

Sure, you can apply after the test. It takes about 35 - 40 days to receive your notes. The notes will be extracted from the GCMS system about 20 days from the date you request it.

I just checked my portal and came to know that I have been invited for citizenship test between June 21 to July 11, 2021. I am march 2020 applicant as well. AOR 21, Oct 2020. I guess my office is in Mississauga as I am living in Brampton. I was just wondering, I still yet to receive the official email from CIC. What will be the further process? How long does it take to update the test result and oath from now on?

You will receive an email close to the test date. Once you take the test, your job is done and you can only wait.

Some people will be invited for an interview. If you are not invited for an interview, give it 3 - 5 months after the test status is updated to "Completed" to receive oath invite.
