Got my notes (wait time around a month)

Assessments:
Knowledge: not started
Residence: not started
Language: not started
Prohibition: not started
Criminality: passed

Based on what is in there they give themselves time mid August for all (roughly a year after AOR)

File currently at Scarborough Citizenship Office

That is interesting. I wonder if the March 2020 applicants instantly get a test invite once the above assessments are completed. Nonetheless, the answer wouldn't help much.

I randomly checked ECAS today and it read, "We started processing your application on March 8, 2021." All this while, it was was only showing one like which said that they had received my application. However, they assured me that the application had gone into processing anyway. Did they just update it on the web client now or did it go into processing on March 8? Were they lying to me all this while?
Could someone confirm that everyone will get a figure print request for each applicant??

How did you get the assessments? is it from the website of immigration or you have made some requests to the immigration office?? And if I am in BC, is there any office that I would go to as the office to request this info??

I submitted my FPs to the agency on the 16th of March.
I contacted RCMP yesterday and they confirmed that my FPs had been processed on 30th March and the results mailed directly to IRCC Vancouver.

Hi @GokulGuruprasad, Can you please share the email/phone where you sent your inquiry to RCMP? I did my fingerprints on 27-March and it has almost been two weeks and wanted to confirm the status.

I got my GCMS notes today.

My file was transferred by CPC Sydney to Montreal office in November 2020 but was received by Montreal office in February. Does it really take that long to transfer the file?

Also under location, it says Post March 2020 - Exam. Does anyone know what does this mean?

I ordered GCMS notes and this is the only thing that makes sense there.

You can get one for your case, if you in Canada right now, 5$, waiting time around a month

guys, i have a question. I have to travel outside Canada right now, but CIC did not give me any test invitation yet. I am wondering as the test go online during this time, so if I stay outside of Canada while the invitation come, is there any troubles? I still can do it online, but can not come back yet

Thank you

You must be physically present in Canada when taking the citizenship test.

Let this latest round of COVID go away, and then we can meet up for the coffee I owe you :)

Hi,

How did you get the FP request (Email or mail) and what was the update on your e-case?

Thanks.

As per rules, you can only take the test when you are inside Canada.
