I am a outland applicant. Based on what I see here. Some people get PR card in weeks, in rare cases some take months. I have seen on where it took 4 months. I think IRCC has stepped up its game. How long does it take to receive the PR card after this email?

oh ok Thank you! But what is this step called? Is this CoPR or CoPR comes later after I submit the info online. And anyone here experienced with the next steps to be done after this email where principal applicant is Inland and dependents are outland in the US.I am a outland applicant. You have to submit the requested info, once they verify it (days) you'll be issued COPR. It took about a month to get my card.oh ok Thank you! But what is this step called? Btw it means your application has been approved. Congrats!!You have to submit the requested info, once they verify it (days) you'll be issued COPR. It took about a month to get my card.
Thank you so much! Finally something positive after an almost 18 month long wait. Did you have a similar scenario with dependents outland or you were Inland only? You have to submit the requested info, once they verify it (days) you'll be issued COPR. It took about a month to get my card.
I was CEC inland, no dependents. It took 14 months in my case. Enjoy the new possibilities!Thank you so much! Finally something positive after an almost 18 month long wait. Did you have a similar scenario with dependents outland or you were Inland only?
I am every time more convinced that they have put aside a “problematic” batch from the beginning of the pandemic, while keeping the recent applicants on a quick turn around, regardless of that batch’s programs (FSW, CEC).I was CEC inland, no dependents. I'm trying to apply for CEC in parallel to my current FSW-Inland application. I have questions:I am every time more convinced that they have put aside a “problematic” batch from the beginning of the pandemic, while keeping the recent applicants on a quick turn around, regardless of that batch’s programs (FSW, CEC).
And of course, new Outland-FSW seems to be at a halt, while CEC-inland is taking 4 to 5 months to approve.
Really frustrating.
I’m waiting on my withdrawal request to re-submit as CEC, will share how that goes. 17 months and counting...
You can't have multiple applications, if now you are eligible under CEC stream, you need to withdraw your FSW application.I'm trying to apply for CEC in parallel to my current FSW-Inland application. I have questions:
- Can I have multiple EE applications running in parallel (FSW and CEC)?
- What should I answer in the question: "Has <client> applied for Express Entry before? (required)"
