Dear @legalfalcon,
I have received remedical request for my PR application. Now I am in India due to emergency and my TRV also in process without that I can’t re-enter in Canada. So I will have to do my medical from India. Do I need to inform IRCC that I am out of country due to this this reason? If yes, Can I do my medical before raising webform and there reply? What would you suggest?
if anyone else also in same situation or have some inputs please share.Thank you in advance.

@legalfalcon Thanks for your reply. I am waiting for my visa stamping as soon as I get that will travel back to Canada. Just my one question is as will do medical here in India. When the physician panel will send report to IRCC won’t they come to know that I did medical test from India and this applicant didn’t inform about travel to IRCC. My fear is it should not negatively impact on my application. Please advise. You can get your medicals from any country. There is no restriction and after you get your medical exam, send the upfront sheet to IRCC via webform.
Also, if you intend to be in India for a long time, you have to inform the change of country of residence. However, if you are traveling back to Canada soon, you do not need to change your country of residence.
There is no obligation for you to inform IRCC of any travel. The only obligation is when you change your address or move to another country, i.e. change of country of residence you have to inform IRCC.@legalfalcon Thanks for your reply. Did your MP end up sending a letter? My MP was like we can't do that.I have asked the MP to send a letter to the VO and ask transferring my application to another VO on my behalf. Probably you can ask the same request.
Me too. I’m thinking because of the ‘hold groups’ they placed Jan-May applications, web form group cannot access our files? Is it just me receiving strange webform responses that are saying further info is required to access your file? They then go on to ask you to include all the same information you already included in your original web form such as name, date of birth, country of birth, e-mail address etc
