Lots of us in the same situation. Got RPRF request back in June - 3 months after AOR. No idea when biometrics can be done.
Hi. Just wanted to understand what does receiving RPRF mean ? Have you already passed eligibility and security and background check ? Does it mean that your application has been approved and biometrics is a mere formality ? I guess, the only reason why they requested the remaining fees is when they intend to give the PR.

I tried to contact IRCC regarding status update. They just gave me very vague answer on this.

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

Any idea why this partiality?

Its not partiality but some times you get in touch with some one who is rude and answers that way. Try again and may be you are lucky. I can tell from my experience that first person was really bad but second and third IRCC customer service i interacted they were so nice and gave me full time and details of what i wanted

My timeline (FSW - Inland):

ITA: March 4, 2020
AOR: March 15, 2020
Medical Passed: April 30, 2020
Biometrics Request Letter: April 30, 2020
ADR (Singapore PCC): April 30, 2020 (Submitted May 20, 2020)

The status of "Review of additional documents" changed to "Not applicable" on May 22, 2020.

Waiting for Service Canada to open to provide biometrics. My due date for that is July 30th.

Received my GCMS notes yesterday (ordered on June 30th) and have this under Assessments.

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs:
Final:

Under Notes I can see that my eligibility was passed on May 19th, 2020. And CPC-Ottawa has received my Singapore police clearance on May 25th. Since then nothing has changed. Is this normal? From my understanding Security usually starts once Eligibility has passed. Is Security tied to our biometrics?

Is there anything else I should look for in my GCMS notes? I only looked at the Assessments and the Notes in the last few pages.

anybody knows what is meaning of eligibility: RECOMMENDED PASSED
I remember you had review required issue, is it cleared ?
Did you order notes ?
What’ve I’ve heard, it’s recommended pass by an agent/analyst then officer will do the final review.

Hey, Yes I was told by the agent on July 7 that I had review required . I haven't received the notes yet hopefully next week I will receive them. I called just a few minutes ago and the agent told me it is recommend passed. Security and criminality is not started yest probably due to bio metrics I think. So I just wanted to know if anybody knows what this means?
