They do process inland applicants, no need for negativity! They haven't touched my application since late June, we all have to be positive! AOR Mar 25. Good luck!
March 29 AOR, file hasn't been touched since June the 26th. Criminality in progress and security not started. FSW files (Ottawa vo) post March 17 are not seeing any movement at the moment. Something to do with their workload, and it is just a matter of time before they get back on track.

Same here. They're prioritizing families, no need to panic. It won't last forever and one day were going to be the lucky ones.

Thank you @legalfalcon . Just anticipating everything should be completed Feb 2021.

Here in Singapore VFS is functioning normally, so there should not be any concerns in getting PPR I guess.
All the best!

Hello @legalfalcon

I ordered for my GCMS notes October 13 and on Nov 9th I got this message:

This is further to your request under the Access To Information Act*, which was received on October 13, 2020, for the following records: The electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s) for the permanent residence file concerning XXXXXX. I wish to inform you that, in accordance with the Access To Information Act*, an extension of 60 days beyond the statutory 30 day limit is necessary to process your request. This extension is due to a large number of records or necessitates a search through a large number of records and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the government institution. Considering the extension, your request is now due on January 11, 2021 Further information about the Access To Information Act* can be found at the following web page: http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/a-1/

My AoR is March 13, 2020. I have no clue what is going on with my application. Last two webform responses have been generic. Should I be worried? Thanks
All GCMS notes are getting extensions. If your requested under the Privacy Act, the extensions os 30+60 days.

If it was under the Access to Information Act, the extension is 30+90 days.

An extensions to your GCMS notes has no bearing on your application.

HELP HELP!!!

CEC Inland - AOR March 20 – Medical passed (May 20) – Medical expired (July 20) – Today, I received “Medical report - section a client identification and summary (imm 1017e)”. I completed a medical exam today. However, I don’t know how and where I should submit forms? Is there any experience with this matter?
My wife’s medical is also expired since June 2020 , but Ircc has not asked us to redo it. Have you passed all other stages ? And when did you give biometric ? Your medical results will be transmitted to IRCC, but you can upload your results via a web form just to be on the safe side.

Hi Everyone, I raised GCMS notes and received an email - "An extension of 90 days beyond statutory 30 day limit is necessary to process your request"

That in accordance with the Access to Information Act, an extension of 90 days beyond the statutory 30 day limit is necessary to process your request. This extension is due to a large number of records or necessitates a search through a large number of records and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the government institution.

Is there anyone who got the same reply ? Please suggest as it is really making me tensed.

@legalfalcon Please advise if you have come across this scenario before

Thanks in advance.

@SVSD @iamkapilgarg I am FSW Inland too and my application has not been touched since early sept. My Criminality is still in progress even though my biometrics have been updated (exempt) and my security has not been initiated at all. I am pretty sure FSW Inland applications are not being processed for now. Hopefully they start picking up these applications soon and process them. AOR 6th April.
@pbhanot Hang in there, Many of us are waiting for that to happen. Our lot hasn't been touched yet and once they do all of us will get approved soon. I know it is frustrating every day checking for updates and not getting anything but we have to have hope that they will process it sooner than later. Be positive and all the best buddy.
