Did the agent mention when they will roll out the new portal system to approve everyone else's applications?

Thanks a lot for the detailed and helpful response. I'm mildly worried that the "Notes" section towards the end lists "Review Required" for eligibility, posted by a "Case Processing Agent". The agent has stated that my employment letter does not state any duties that can be matched with my NOC. I'm only mildly worried because another part of the notes with the label "Officer Review" appears to say my documents presented satisfactory evidence that I meet the requirements of CEC. Should I be proactive and send in something through the webform?
You are welcome. That's good that the officer has reviewed and is satisfied, the officer is the final decision making authority after all. Doesn't seem you need to send anything but it wouldn't hurt if you want to.

@Fingers_crossed @ruan

I guess you are asking about the webform response if not could you please post your questions again and tag me.

As regards the webform response, it it says your eligibility is meet then most likely your eligibility has been recommended passed by an analyst or an even conclusively passed by an officer.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, the question was regarding the web form response.

I think I'm just going to accept for now that everything has been passed as I've never seen the security check being passed before eligibility has been fully passed, but I could of course be wrong. I'm just trying to stay optimistic :D

Hopefully, I get my GCMS notes soon to know definitively.

The webform if it says that your eligibility is met with the program requirements then most likely your eligibility is passed. As regards “valid” here indicates, that the documents required for the specific stage are “legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC,” and no further input is required by the applicant.

Hey guys i got following email after i got ghost update.

Case Processing Agent with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. I am reaching out to see if you would be interested in participating as a tester, to give us your feedback on the new Permanent Resident Confirmation Portal that is in development and will be launched soon for use by all our clients at the same stage as you currently.

To give you a brief overview, we are creating a Permanent Resident Confirmation Portal for approved permanent residence applicants to complete the last step of their application. This is the part of the process where applicants confirm their Canadian address and provide a photo to allow for the printing of their first permanent resident card.

Please note that participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. We will not be capturing your name or any personal information in our notes and it will not impact negatively on your application or your family members’ applications!

The testing rounds will be done next week from Monday, October 19, 2020, to Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Deloitte is the third-party organization that is developing the portal and leading the testing. They will be capturing any feedback for improving the service, and all responses will be anonymized.

If you are interested in participating and completing the final step of your application through this pilot program, please let us know as soon as possible. A researcher from Deloitte (copied on this message) will get in touch with you to provide more details and guide you through the process. If you are not interested in participating, please let us know as well.

Copr soon i guess
Can you tell about your AOR, Biometric whether exempted or not, How long does it take from Biometric to CoPR?

Thanks a lot again for the suggestion :) I was thinking along the same lines as you and I just called the IRCC call centre to know what kind of document, if any, are they looking for. The agent said Eligibility, Medical and Security have been passed and Criminality is under progress. So there is nothing they need from me at the moment. I'm guessing there is no more checks after criminality.
