If I cancel my representative, how do I change the contact info like address, e-mail and phone number to mine and not my representative's ?

Hi everyone, I have to travel to India for my Sister's marriage. I am on an open work permit (expiring 10th Dec). I have already applied for my PR (AOR 6th April) and BOWP too.

Can anyone please help me with what all documents I need to show to enter back in Canada?

My GCMS notes say I have my eligibility passed, criminality in progress and security not started. I am also biometrics exempt. I saw some posts on this website saying they were stuck in India even with a valid work permit and even after spending time in Canada already on the work permit.

Will I be stuck in India for any reason? I am FSW Inland applicant. Senior member like @legalfalcon and @caipsnotes please help, I am really in straits right now.
Hi. Please explanation at the official IRCC Help Centre https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=527&top=15

March 8 AOR. I can't access anything going on with my application. How do I cancel my representative ?
You can call them or send the web form in order to find out about the status of your application( ask about eligibility, criminality and security). You can do it without your representative.

I spoke to an IRCC agent today to learn about my case. The agent was extremely polite and helpful. As for the biometric appointment, he told me that there aren’t enough phone lines at Service Canada offices to accommodate the volume of calls for scheduling biometric appointments. So, officers are calling applicants from their personal cell phones. I imagine most of them are using some technique to hide their numbers since the last thing they want is getting hundreds of call backs on their personal number(s). Apparently the officer’s call can potentially come from any number. Just a heads up to those waiting eagerly!

LOL why can't they just use something like twilio to automate this process. I swear to god. Goverments are so behind when it comes to tech.

guys this biometrics calling system is random, please retweet and keep asking service canada why they are not following any sequence
It can be anything... even something like an ordering of phone numbers! Because I guess once IRCC gives a list to the Service Canada officers, they’d have to store it in some format! perhaps they just order it according to the phone numbers so that they can do through it one by one in an ordered fashion! That theory explains why I’m still not called despite a March 25 AOR, from Kitchener. My phone number begins with 819...

This makes sense, but common! its not that hard to make things properly and give the agents strict instructions on how to manage the calls!...I don't know if they truly understand the level of stress of waiting for so long. I dont want to believe they're just playing to be god here.

WARNING: This applies to inland applicants only since this is how I applied

So you don't get your COPR electronically, that's a physical document. You will get an email with instructions (or a message through the MyCIC portal) to send in your passport (and possibly some other documentation - don't quite remember but not important in the grand scheme of things) into CIC. This is why it's called a Passport Request or PPR. Once you send it in, you should get your passport back in about two weeks with your COPR (a physical document).

When I got back my passport, I was then contacted shortly after with a date, time and location for my landing interview. For me, this was at the immigration office downtown Halifax. I'm in Nova Scotia. You also have the option of flagpole-ing at the border. I'd suggest you do the interview. It literally 5-10 minutes, they ask a few question, give you some instructions about being a permanent resident, shake your and welcome you as a permanent resident. Then the long wait starts for your PR card. It took me about 2 months, there was a slight delay because they didn't accept the pictures that I sent. (Yes you need a second set of pictures for this, you will take them to your landing interview).

Not sure how that process differs for outlanders but anyone who's done it that way, feel free to chime in. I could imagine the process is similar except you would do your interview whenever you reach your point of entry in Canada.

Hi, can you travel using CoPR until you get your PR card?
I mean once you land, you are officially a permanent resident right? I might have to go out of Canada as soon as I get my CoPR. And possibly get married.

Hi,
AOR 18th Mar 2020.

In reply the webform which i raised on 19th Sept 2020, i got the following:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied.
  • The background verifications are currently valid.
  • The security background verification has not been initiated.
  • The criminal background verification is currently valid.
· Your application is currently located at the Canadian visa office in London, United Kingdom.

How long,in normal circumstances, Sec bg takes to clear out ? and are LVO comparatively slower than other Global Vfs offices ?

Your help in this regards is appreciated.
Thankyou
