Hi everyone, I would appreciate it if someone can help us with this question. My wife (PA) has a biometrics in her profile which is from a past visa application (5 months a go and visa was denied). But she received a request to do a new one for her PR application. Is that normal? Can't they use the previous one?

MR passed
Its showing in application that they are still reviewing eligibility and background check in process. Is this default message or the process has started actually.
eligibility & background check will stay same untill decision made so don’t worry about that
What number should my spouse use to call for IRCC from the United States? The regular toll free number does not work from outside of Canada....

my wife havent done medical and biomatric yet
