Question:- do you have to have a job to sponsor your spouse? If not what other documents you can submit?
Do you have to be living in Canada to sponsor? Or you can be living in same country as principal applicant? I see some people not living in Canada and sponsoring their spouses

No you do not need a job and PRs must be inside Canada, citizens do not have to be.

Yeah you've just gotta wait for them to tell you to go do it. On the Feb and Jan threads I've seen it take a few weeks for people to get the biometrics request after paying.

oh ok , some of the people i know got to go and do it just few days after paying their fee , how luck Eh ? lol , yea i hope i can hear soon about my biometrics and Medical , this holidays have slowed them down i think .

I am applicant of mar29/19, as you can see tracker is not moving forward in AOR's coloumn from 27. It litterally stopped and no AOR's. In outland april group I saw couple AOR and SA. I am pretty worried as this was my second time because it was return first time. I have called IRCC but they always have same stupid answer working on October files. Is there anything I can do.

Unfortunately all you can do right now is wait. Sometimes it just takes longer for some people to hear back, it's not necessarily bad news. There's a couple of people who waited around 50 days for AOR on the March spreadsheet. I know it's hard, but I think all you can do right now is be patient!

Same here! Fingers crossed for both of us that we aren't waiting long for the biometrics request.

Got the medical request but can’t complete the medical right due to pregnancy and baby is due in next month. What should I do now because they gave only 30 days?

I think u shouldn’t be worried and wait till next week cuz they have sent aor for March 27 applicants so ya ...

What should be the next steps / online status changes after AOR for us since we are living in Quebec? Also, my wife is a US citizen so is she exempt from biometrics ?

Thanks so much. Everything just flooded in all at once. I have just been in awe since i got the emails.

Everything came all at once plus we had to go far from home to do the biometrics. I got a bit of time to update the tracker but didn’t get a chance to post on the forum.
