Well, they are def slow to transfer it which is typical for something going to LVO, unfortunately. It's an office with a big backlog. We have a similar timeline (in my profile) and my file was transferred early June to Warsaw. I've heard nothing since then...

No cause that’s different application,I was supposed to do that for my husband and I called CIC that time and ask same question but they said No.

You can but he will be refused unless he can provide evidence of strong ties to home. They have to be convinced he will not not stay in canada illegally should your PR app be denied. You should search threads for this issue for details. It is very possible to be successful if you do it right

It actually looks good because it shows you want to be together. You have to be honest about having dual intent. He can not be refused JUST because he has a PR app in process.

Hey Guys!
I haven't submitted one of the PCC for Inland Spousal Sponsorship since it was in process but mentioned in cover letter about proof that it is in process.. Now we got it, should we directly send to them the PCC with cover letter or when they request it later?
