I got my AOR on the 24 Apr but am still waiting for OWP. My received date is also wrong and it’s also listed as an online application but I’ve heard that this is normal. I’m currently on an IEC OWP so I think maybe that’s affecting mine. Is there anything different about your app?

We sent a receipt for the second OWP payment we forgot initially on May 8th and got email from them on May 14th
There is nothing really different about mine just Pr application with OWP application

My partner (Canadian citizen) is sponsoring and we submitted PR & OWP on March 8, received AOR for PR on April 21. April 26 received OWP app back because I paid insufficient fees. Resubmitted May 8.
Medical examination requested May 20.
Is the medical exam requested in terms of PR app only?
My OWP is now back in the queue, does it get lumped with everyone else's or does it get expedited because my PR is in progress?
Can I receive PR before OWP?
How long after medical exam do you receive next set of instructions, and what are those?

Seems we're on the same track! My OWP was returned, have submitted again (May).

Recently just saw one case where OWP was expedited after being sent back but that was only because IRCC erroneously sent it back thinking there was an error with it when there was not. I have not seen any OWP jump the queue when it's an applicants fault or mistake in terms of the application, payment, etc.
I don't understand your question about the medical. The medical is mandatory as part of both the inland and outland PR app. It is not tied to any processing times - the medical is simply another step in the process.
