Still waiting, I called IRCC yesterday they said that they have send correspondence through regular mail, I checked it but I did not receive any mail, I called them again today, this time they said that we sent an email on July 15, I told them that I did not receive any mail or email, then they have requested the processing office to send me email again, so I am still waiting.

Same thing happened with me too even I tried to call them many times but no luck. Didn't get anything yet. When opened my husbands online status what I see there the same mailing address which I used when applied for PR. I don't understand how they can do big mistakes on there side. Even I sent one permanent address to them.

I requested them to change that address but still waiting for that too.
