Status changed of March 2019 application is given below:

We sent you correspondence on July 11, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I didn't received any documents by mail or Email. Can anybody please let me what to do? I mean need to call them or what? Can anybody give me their contact number to call?

Hey guys,

I’ve called IRCC call centre today and told them that i haven’t received the email yet since 24th of June as mentioned in the ECAS
I’ve checked my inbox, junk and trash there’s nothing!
The agent told me that they’ve sent me an email on that day and he’s going to make a request so they resend it to me again!
I’m 100% sure i haven’t received anything, how could this happen?

Hi all. This is my first time posting in this thread. My status got updated today to " we have sent u correspondence"..

Where will this correspondence come? And what will they ask? When should i be expect test invite?

Got same lines on my application status a week ago but didn't get anything yet from there side. Can you please tell me did you receive any documents? Any email? or still waiting?

Keep calling until Your call can get in the que, because most of the time you get the voice message of “ we’re experiencing a high volume of calls...”
if you couldn’t call them then submit a web form inquiry at this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
But probably they’re gonna reply with an email a week later
