No point in speculating now. The March packages have started to open. Wait and see
I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
Feb folks are still to finish their AORs, so I think the real progress will show next mid next week or so

I am eagerly waiting for AoR, I noticed that one of our forum member got the AoR whose application was received on 7th March.
When should we expect our AoR ? Is there any particular time when emails are sent ?
Any observation by any of our friends ?

AORs are generally expected between 6-10 weeks of delivery date. There is no standard timeline for AORs, its just an observation across various months from other sheets
Emails are sent either early in morning or late at night. Have also read members receiving it during business hrs. So again, no set pattern for this.
If you see Jan 2019 Feb 2019 sheets, folks there are still receiving AORs. So try to have patience and stay positive. It will all work out
