Mine took 3 weeks, but every application is different.

You will receive email, right? and the ECAS status will just be Decision Made until your oath?

No, I did my test on august 13 and still waiting for DM. I called cic couple days ago and was told that everything is done and just waiting for 1 last check to complete which is in process which I am thinking is probably background check. Don't worry they take their time because we are still within processing time.

I wrote mine on August 15 and got DM today .

Dear all,
Do you know if a "Decision Made" status (Ecas) means the background check or the random Quality Assurance check has been completed and every other evaluation is over and it is only a matter of a few weeks before we get the invitation to the oath ceremony? My status changed to DM only two days after my test/interview, that is why I wonder if the approval is almost final or if there may still be other checks ahead before being invited to the oath. Your response is much appreciated.

They send me back my app also.and it was missing information like you. What I do is I fill the missing information with pen.it was question 11.and I send it back to them.I advice you to do the same.my app is in process now.

The CO did tell me that my background check had been done and I got DM the day after the test. I guess there's a backlog at the office.
