Meds in review because of my spouse X-ray not submitted(pregnancy) which is understandable.last status change was April 13th to (background check is in progress and will let you know if we need anything else).Its been month and half..no changes on my record or updates..Can someone let me know when can i expect to see an other status ? Tired of logging in twice a week..the reason being i live in USA and i requested(practically forced) my company to move me to Toronto or Vancouver office with same job/profile..Now they agreed for toronto and making the paper work asap and i dont have PR yet or atleast backround check is not done yet..this is tiresome..

yes the status has changed , the same message u provided is showing for me too
Usually, Background check does not change from"We are processing your Background Check", It may or may not go into NA, after background check is done PPR is triggered, however since your medicals are not cleared yet, it may not be the case.

I’m happy to let you know that after 2 back to back ADRs, my application got approved! My status changed to IP2 today around 11:30 am. Around 5pm today, I logged into my account to see if anything changed and saw “updated” instead of submitted. I got a little anxious and saw another request letter and got bummed out. I thought great, it’s another ADR but, to my surprise it was an Approval letter!!! I still didn’t receive any approval/golden mail in my email though. Is it normal??
Following is my timeline:
AOR - 31st March 2018,
MEP -10th April 2018,
IP1 - 10th April 2018,
ADR1- 22nd May 2018,
ADR2- 29th May 2018,
IP2- 1st June 2018
PPR- 1st June 2018

I received the same message both post AOR as well as prior to AOR (when EE profile created). I'm not sure whether it does signify any actual changes but from what i read so far the post AOR message might indicate my case was transferred to LVO (Singapore VO) when the email was triggered. My PPR was sent from SG VO and the email may not mean the same progress update in other scenarios.

My timeline is almost parallel to yours and yes, i did not receive the golden email and instead request letter was placed in my account too.
Thank you. First ADR was for my updated IMM5669 form and the second ADR was for my spouse's updated IM5669

When I called yesterday CIC the agent said that my file was approuved but she does not know when the VO gonna send the golden mail
