What is this form about IMM5669? I did not fill any form yet. When will they ask for this form?

Not everyone is asked to resubmit this form. Only some people get asked.In my case, I made an error in filling my Activity history. Instead of 2017-12-31 in an entry, I wrote it as 2017-01-31 which created a gap/discrepancy of (a whopping year worth of missing activity!) in my activity even though I had the right address history. I think the officer must have spotted it as a dumb mistake and made me redo it. So, don't fret about it. All the best!

going to complete almost 3 months. AOR 6th March, and med pass on 14th March no updates after that. called up cic and they say the file is being processed which is the same update I see online but no bkgrd started. !!

Same timeline as me and same information I get when I call.

Medical passed - 23-Mar 2018
Received an email from WES ON 24-Mar asking to send a duplicate report to IRCC since IRCC was not a recipient. Sent duplicate report on 25-Mar.
I’m assuming I’m in IP1 stage right now, but is there a way to tell which stage I’m at ? Thanks! Any info will be helpful.

When I called yesterday CIC the agent said that my file was approuved but she does not know when the VO gonna send the golden mail

Hey Guys!!!

I’m happy to let you know that after 2 back to back ADRs, my application got approved! My status changed to IP2 today around 11:30 am. Around 5pm today, I logged into my account to see if anything changed and saw “updated” instead of submitted. I got a little anxious and saw another request letter and got bummed out. I thought great, it’s another ADR but, to my surprise it was an Approval letter!!! I still didn’t receive any approval/golden mail in my email though. Is it normal??

Following is my timeline:

AOR - 31st March 2018,
MEP -10th April 2018,
IP1 - 10th April 2018,
ADR1- 22nd May 2018,
ADR2- 29th May 2018,
IP2- 1st June 2018
PPR- 1st June 2018

Cant get agent on calls ever

My timeline is exactly the same. March 20th AOR and still in IP1 with just Meds Passed. There are a few more people in the same boat. Are you an FSW applicant?

No changes since then... The current status is "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."

No changes since then, status says we are reviewing the additional docs you provided.

Did you apply under Express entry? if yes you get AOR soon after successfully transmitting your application to IRCC, it does not take that long to get your AOR.

No its not express entry. I have applied under PNP. This is the fifth month started no reply yet.

I do not have any application number yet so i have no idea about the status. What is the login dashboard ? you mean the junk box in email ? i have checked everything.
