Look at the bright side, if you have waited this long and haven't been refused yet, it just means that you will be getting PR for sure, that it's no longer a matter of but rather when.

That's my only hope though I am a May AOR so it hasn't been all that long.

Does anyone have an idea about how soon they reject applications if they have to?
Rejection during the first 4 weeks. Refusal within the first 2-3 months, sometimes up to 4 months.

Of course if something comes up during the security check at the last stages, that too would warrant a refusal.

Going by the trend on immitracker and this forum, I havent seen these many applications waiting in IP1 over 6 months AOR. There are ppl waiting for PPR over an year, but mostly they are in SS. So I am pretty sure there must be a PPR shower later this month and put this thread to sleep.

if your eligibility is 'appears met' then only a matter of time before PPR. you crossed the biggest hurdle.

Hi All,

Could someone please provide an expert advice as my GCMS notes shows Review Required.

My GCMS notes show review required for lead statement and review required for main duties. Nothing mentioned about A11.2 passed. NOC Code:2173.
I was working with a company as an Applications Engineer from Dec 2014 till Mar 2017. Was then promoted as Product Support Specialist from April 2017. Since that company does not provide job duties letter I provided a statutory declaration stating my job duties as an Application Engineer only. Below is part of that declaration:

Below mentioned are my responsibilities working as an Applications Engineer in the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customizations per customer requirements.
  • Document the functionality properly.
  • Successfully connect to client site to verify and reproduce the problem.
  • Diagnose root cause of problems.
  • Complete repairs/code within SLA timeframes.
  • Get system to function properly as quickly as possible.
  • Provide technical customer support through task assigned processes using updates, testing and QA methods to ensure product functionality.
  • Open support ticket whenever the issue requires action, code changes or consumes more than 30 minutes of support time.
  • Test quality of produced code to make sure it is error free.
  • Ensure code meets all specified requirements.
  • Ensure all required documentation has been generated and meets quality standards.
  • Provide actionable feedback to code author when quality does not meet standards.

The agent has added the comments stating that: PA meets minimum requirements of 12 months of work experience. PA did not provide current LOE. Job offer letter and promotion letters were provided. Letters from employer do not include a list of duties. PA provided his own statutory declaration in which he lists his duties as an Application Engineer. PA was promoted to Product Support Specialist on 2017/04/01. Payslips were provided. PA meets education requirements.

Will this lead to rejection? Should I provide them with any additional documents or one more statuary declaration for job duties under Product Support Specialist?

Not trying to demotivate you. But I personally feel NOC 2173 does not firmly fit this list. I feel its sort of incomplete and am unable make out what Job role this is, if there are more points could you add them too.

Depends on the reviewing officer. Self attested letters are bad and can lead to significant delays. Why don't you try get a proper letter and upload it through webform.

Hopefully this is true, though I remember reading someone who got rejected after 8 months.
