It takes exactly 30 days to get your notes. With your first 2 questions, I assume that's the answer you are looking for. Also, I see this as the regular pattern. The email address is <IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>

There seems to be a delay in getting notes. Mine took 36 days. Many others as well. Seems atip is backed up

My visa office has stopped giving visas for the year. They have our passports which they will issue in January 2018. Finally some communication from cic

It is very interesting. Its the Kingston visa office. People have gone for interviews and they kept the passports rather than giving visas on spot. And holding them for January. Not sure if they maxed out on the number of permanent residence for the visa office. I take it as a blessing to get anything from cic, lol Thanks!

Okay...this doesn’t make sense to me. There is no quota for the family sponsorship. Why on earth they decided not to issue visa if the application is approved??? Did anyone asked the visa officer this question during the interview. This makes me feel so angry...people are waiting for their loved ones and even if your application is approved you still must wait longer...

That's what I was wondering why nobody asked why they don't issue visas anymore for this year....I would be very curious to hear an answer.
