I get a passport request but i didn't get PPR still.They said its still processing..They need addition documents as my passport for further processing...As well in ECAS ,my satus is saying "Decision Made".

Guve it time or call cic

Passport request and ppr are the same thing. Your post is confusing. Call cic for clarification

I am in the same boat as you. I bought my wife's ticket as well and hoping to get her stuff completed before end of dec.

Hi,

I received the pre arrival services email 4 hours ago and then checked my ECAS as I was not sure what it meant and was wonderfully surprised to see it changed from “in process” to “decision made”. I had checked earlier and it was still in process so it must have changed the same time the email was sent.

It should I received PPR 2 weeks after the pre arrival services letter

My husband received an email and we got the same message on gckey.
As for the BCG, it changed to in process two days before receiving the pre arrival services letter

Ours is different, only the review of additional docs changed from we need more docs to we do not need additional docs.

Got email from CIC at Saturday 8pm PST, telling myCIC is updated.
It now says my wife's application is approved, waiting for the return envelop to activate.

It's like Saturday 11pm in Ottawa. I wonder officers were still working...?

Congrats..

most emails and notifications are queued and automatically processed after business hours.. so no wonder in getting during odd times of the day
