Hi Guys. I had provided PCC's and other required documents a month ago and My status on the GCKey for the additional docs since then was 'We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details".
Just today it changed to "We need more documents to continue processing your application. "We will send you a message with more details"
Anybody experienced this before or insight of what could be happening.

how did you provide your PCC? through website or postal email ?

Hi everyone, it has been a month since my husband passed his medical, and still his background check hasn't started yet. Reading through all your posts is making me so nervous - someone had their application sent BACK to Mississauga?? I hope all these things are just technical glitches.

I have a question for anyone who received PPR/DM: If you mailed your passport, how long did it take for IRCC to return it?

Even the rep cannot have access to my cgkey or create one for me We tried and gave a call to cic and they said not possible when we have a rep

This doesn't seem accurate. I am my husband's representative, and when I asked the call centre if he would still be able to call and ask about his own application, the agent said, "Of course! It's his file!"

Please note it is completely different when you have a legal rep. Not the same thing.

I believe this is only for inland spousal applications? Not outland

I have been waiting 55 days until now my background check doesn't start yet .

You will receive an email from New Delhi when they begin processing your application and also get an additional line in ECAS. Then the long wait begins like all of us for background check to go into process!

That would be me. They "sent a digital copy back to Mississauga for further processing"

On gcms notes, does it show information only before the day you order? Or does it show info up to the day they are printed/sent out?
