Nobody really knows anything
These are just guesses
It's been almost 3 months since l have done medicals and my BGC hasn't started yet

Anyone has a clue on the time it takes at the Singapore Visa Office for a simple "regular" case after AOR2 and medical exam passed?

It's hard to say. It varies case by case. Some people got it after 2-3 months, some took longer. Mine has been 3 months already but no update so far. You can check the Singapore thread in my signature. Good luck.

I filed for my husband sponsorship in Feb 27, 2017. Cic received file on march 3rd. Cic sent us correspondence on march 24,2017 for Background form. His medical was completed in april 2017. Cic received his medical.
After we did not receive any email or message about the next step. If somebody has same timeline for spouse visa, please give some an idea when we should expect next step?

You should call them up. It sounds like they haven't received your scheudle A else your application would have been transferred to your local VO by now. We applied end March and it's been a month since our application was transferred to our local VO.Have you checked ECAS and your My CIC?

I check my CIC daily but it shows same thing. Under application received, it further shows:
1. We received your PR application in march 3,2017.
2. We sent you correspondence on march 24,2017. If you have not yet provided requested documents please do it asap. Please wait until you receive correspondence before sending additional information as correspondence will outline the informaion we required.
3. Medical results have been received.

Last message was updated in end of april and nothing after that.
