nothing new. just a email said received the document i submitted via IRCC and had forwarded to the VO.

we submitted our schedule a and police clearance on march 26th through the webform and it is still not attached to our file. I finally got through to an agent and she said that we just have to wait as it has been sent but not attached.

Take some of it with a grain of salt...agents dont always have the most up to date information...what country are you applying from?

I sent my husbands application here from Canada, we're waiting for it to be transferred to the Manila Visa Office

We submitted PCC and Schedule through the webform on April 11. It's still not attached either. But three days ago I got the email "We are pleased to confirm the reception of your document. We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration." - I think this means they opened the IRCC webform finally. I hope the documents will be attached soon.

Also, the woman I talked to last time I called IRCC said they finally fixed the MyCIC bug that caused all these problems (document requests not working). She said the fix will take effect early June. I don't know if it will be retroactive though.

Just got a request today from the VO which isn't clear.

The letter pdf attached to the message in GCKey is just the photo specs (nothing else) saying "to take with you to the Photographer" listing the same requirments as the pictures we have to submit with with full package (info written behind 1 picture, name the photographer, etc) but when I go to "Submitted Application", there's a field labeled "Digital Photo" where I have to upload one...

What to they want? A digital pic or a printed one to send to the VO??


They also ask for the an updated document, in a separate message on GCKey, which says to send by email but there's also a line to upload in "Submitted Application"...I won't take any chances and will upload and send by email...

Any general idea where we are in the process when they ask for that kind of stuff?

AOR 1 : 28th March 2017
SA approval : 31st March 2017
Schedule A request and upload in MyCIC : 5th April 2017
Medical request : 10th April 2017
Medicals done : 12th April 2017
Medical passed : 18th April 2017
AOR 2 : 5th May 2017

PCC & Landing fee requested by NDVO : 8th May 2017. (ALREADY SUBMITTED WITH INITIAL APPLICATION)


Any input and guidance will be much appreciated as when I can expect my DM & PPR..?????

You wouldnt get it any sooner by posting about it at multiple places

They requested me Schedule A and PCC and I upload that too. But in my ECAS the status showing "application received" .

Wait 5 business days my ecas change within 3. Business days

Dear Fellows, kindly advise me about the following questions regarding medical.

Would authorized doctor upload the medical results or the applicant will be given a copy by the doctor which the applicant has to upload himself via IRCC webform or mycic account.

Are there any photo specifications for the medical exams.

Any guidance would be appreciated since I received the medical request via MyCic today but there is no button for me to upload the results once I get the medical done.

The doctor sends in the medical results, not you.

You do get a receipt from the doctor that some people I believe choose to upload. We mailed ours.

The doctors office is also responsible for taking the photos.
