Got sch a and pcc request via gc key

Finally got an email from IRCC that my file is located outside Canada visa office. Submitted my schedule A on april 9 through IRCC webform. Called today in morning and agent said schedule A not received yet and to call next week and by afternoon today got email that file is located outside canada. Weird. Nothing from NDVO yet.

Hi Guys,

Here's my timeline, any idea when can I expect PPR ...??

Filing date: 17 March 2017
AOR 1 : 28 March 2017
SA approval : 31 March 2017
Schedule A request and upload in MyCIC : 5 April
Medical request : 10th April 2017
Medicals done : 12th April 2017
Medical passed : 18th April 2017
AOR 2 : 5th May 2017
PCC & Landing fee requested by NDVO : 8th May 2017. (ALREADY SUBMITTED WITH INITIAL APPLICATION)

Any input and guidance will be much appreciated.

Regards,
Ruchill

Can i, as Sponsor, send the form to CPC-Mississauga office on my Wife's behalf? i do have the original Schedule A that she signed and Couriered to me. Is that Okay?

Thanks

I would send a letter of explanation to let them know why you are mailing it on your wife's behalf, and you should be fine!

Same here

You could call CIC and ask what an agent suggests (explaining you never received the request and have uploaded twice - *sometimes* if they know about it, it helps to speed up the process, but not always), but otherwise I would suggest uploading through the webform a third time AND printing physical copies and mailing them. Make sure to include a letter of explanation in both cases, restating about the request and how many times you've uploaded (especially in the case of the documents you'd be mailing, so they understand why you've chosen to mail them).

I would also suggest calling CIC when 10 business days have passed after you submit through the webform again.

Does anyone know what will happen if CIC transfers our application to the visa office without receiving schedule A and PCC? Will the visa office automatically reject the application, or will they request the forms themselves?

Hi there,

Same thing happened to us. We mailed (registered mail) my PA's Sched A without PCC and it was attached to our file. 3 weeks later our application was sent to PA's VO and ECAS changed to "In Process". We tried to submit my PA's PCC through webform but still no luck, so we emailed CPC-M and attached PCC in PDF format. CPC-M forwarded the PCC to my PA's VO and we received an email that it has been attached to our file.

For your info, here is CPC-M direct email cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I hope that helps! :)

how long did this take when you sent an email with the pdf to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca? what else did you include in the email?

I received my SA May 2 but have not received the email for SchedA/PCC and there is no option to upload in MyCIC....i did send them via IRCC web form on may 4 and may 9 but no updates yet. maybe it would be faster I i sent them an email with the pdfs to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca

It only took them two days to reply after we sent them an email. We just have no luck with Webform. On the subject put in your File # and the contents of the PDF, like for example, FXXXXXXXXX PCC & IMM 5669. Also on the body of the email, don't forget to put in Sponsor and PA's info like full name, DOB, UCI for both S and PA, Type of App (Family Class, PNP, etc) and File # as well. Explain why you are sending these docs through direct email instead of using the webform. In our case, we did not receive the request through myCIC so you have to elaborate that as well.

Best of luck! I hope they will reply to you ASAP.

We sent my PA's Sched A through registered mail with tracking. A week later, we called CIC and confirmed that Sched A (IMM 5669) was attached to our file. At that time, we are still waiting for the PCC to come in but they already forwarded it to the local VO even without the PCC. So as soon as we received my PA's PCC, we emailed it to them and we got a reply two days later that it was received at attached to our file.

Just a note, their response time is not consistent to everybody else sending an email directly to CPC-M. I have read on other threads that some are getting a generic reply but some are getting quick responses too. Maybe it's just my luck this time. You can mail them your docs to the same address where you sent your application, at least that's what the agent told me when I called CIC. The addresses can be found on the document checklist, in my case - outland sponsorship IMM 5533. Make sure to use mail with tracking # so that you know when they received it. Also, when you choose to mail it, you will not get a response that they received it, you have to call them to find out.

Is there anyone who still don't get "In process" status change. I'm still stuck in "application received" status. I applied in 23 rd Feb :( I'm worried about the slow processing. Is anyone in the same boat?? or only me.....please help guys!! I called immigration office for help! they only said that when our application will receive by singapore vo then will let us know...untill keep waiting :(

OK great thanks for the info. Also I am PA and my husband is in Canada if i can email to him so he can send the same to CPC Mississauga via mail..I guess handwritten signatures are not required
