Hi shrss,

The only way I guess to find out if there is a tracking number on it, is if I know which sender Canada post office CPC Mississauga uses and this information should be available at your received envelope. Can you send me an image or details of Canada post office initially receives files from CPC Mississauga.

Since CPC agents don't give any information, maybe this sender Canada post office would be able to give any clue on tracking numbers on the files they receive from Mississauga. Waiting for your reply..... :(

Sorry for the late reply. I will do that as soon as I get home . Also, the agent should have given you the tracking number. the envelope I got was a brown letter size envelope with Canada post tracking. Also, the chance of losing the application I would say is very very minimal.

Hello, i am starting to get really worried. We received sponsorship approval on March 24 and we haven't received any request for schedule a yet. I have a representative and she already did follow up to CPC--M and through local visa office but did not receive any response. The representative said that they are hesitant to make another follow up because it delays the application. Is this true? Can i call IRCC directly even if i have a representative? I'm the PA living outside Canada.

I've never posted here I am new, so forgive me if your question is already addressed but I'm in the same situation so I thought I would share!

We have lawyers
You can call CIC and speak to them even with lawyers (I do it frequently)

I was getting worried about lack of request for Schedule A. I called and they said they had it on file that they were waiting for it even though we never got further instruction. We sent it priority mail and it was added to our application 2 days later and it's now being processed.

I always get through to CIC by hitting 2, 1, 1, 0 on the menu although sometimes I have to try a couple times.

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone here can advise on experience, if you have.

Once Schedule A has been submitted, how long was it before you were transferred to a VO?

I spoke to CIC yesterday and they confirmed to me that for some applications, Mississauga has taken on the processing workload for documentation to relieve the VOs (new application package only). I don't exactly know what this means in terms of the extent that they will process at CPC Miss and in turn how much time will be reduced when it's sent to a VO.

Any thoughts, or ideas?

Just got a confirmation email stating they received our webform schedule A and PCC. We submitted Thursday April 27. So it took them 1 week. Not bad!
You mailed too and uploaded via IRCC webform.

IRCC send us a correspondence on May 2 but we didn't receive any email or message. Today enquired with call centre agent and she informed it a request for Schedule A & PCC, so uploaded Schedule A & PCC via IRCC web form and receive below auto response. Question, anyone who submitted via IRCC web form receives the same response, please advise

Does anybody know how long it takes for schedule A to be attached to our app after it's received?

Usually it depends on the officer assigned for your case. :D

Hey !

I came across a new point reading January Outland topic that there are two ECAS - one for PA and the other one for Sponsor.

In my case, I see DM in Sponsors ECAS but have not received any SA approval mail. Is there anyone else who faced the same? If yes, did you get SA mail later and if so in how many days after the status was DM in SA ECAS.

We have received Med request for PA but no SA approval mail yet from CIC

My husband received an email from IRCC re our technical issue, but she didnt say that she will attach the sched a and pcc into our file.

March 2017 NDVO got interview email?

Few days ago I posted that CIC call centre agent told me for March 2017 onwards applicants, they are sending all complete files to VO and it will reduce time drastically.

Today 9 March 2017 applicant mentioned she got interview call, is this real :-\ :-\
