At least this second time, I truly did the same. I followed the checklist and everything to a T and went over everything a thousand times. It was extremely organized. Neither of the reasons my application was returned are things that are covered on the checklist. : ( There was no way for me to know they would not accept the 2015 NOA (it is still, technically, the most recent taxation year) and the Use of a Representative form for your spouse to receive your mail is not covered anywhere either. I only learned about it by reading this forum.

Makes no sense. They accepted my 2015 noa on Tuesday

Hi everyone!
Would like to ask if me (sponsor) and thr Prinicipal Applicant received an AOR, is there a chance that they will return my application? Checked on the Ecas. Said there, that they were started processing my application on xxxxx. Any thoughts?

Thank You folks

It seems to be incredibly arbitrary and unfair. Who knows - maybe they would have let it slip by if that was the only issue with my application. But, I was "missing" that Use of a Representative form as well.

No, they will not return your application if you have received your AOR.

I got a request (for my wife) for her passport and police certificates to the visa office in Mexico. She is in Guatemala. Obviously I am very happy, but it seems like this is quite early.

I just submitted schedule A via webform the other day. She just got her medical done this morning in Guate.

Any experience with this?

Thank You. Both me and my husband receive an OAR wirh the application No and UCI. But the problem now is, my husband had a trouble linking the application. And his account was locked for 24 hours

On second look, they also comment that it is to expire within 12 months.
I am not sure if I am receiving this message only because of that
In either case, the VO is requesting her passport

I uploaded my Schedule A via webform as well but my response was different. At first I didn't hear anything but I called IRCC and the agent checked with the support team and confirmed my form was received. Shortly after that I reviewed an email confirming that it was received and was attached to my file.

I guess all you can do is try again and ensure that the file size and format are correct. From what I remember you have to browse to the file on your computer, then click Upload, then click Sumbit. Before you click Submit verify that the file you attached is listed there beneath the Upload button and it should have a file size and Delete button next to it. If it doesn't it means your file hasn't attached successfully. Hopefully third time's a charm!

Thanks for your reply. It seems that the response anyone gets is based on the mood of the agent at the IRCC Call Centre. The lady we spoke to today was not helpful. She was very short with us and did not want to assist, despite us being as friendly and cooperative as possible. She never offered to check with the web team or anyone else.

Both times when I used the web form, I confirmed that the file sizes were under the limit. There seemed to be no issues. So I'm at a loss as to what is going on. I mailed a hard copy to Mississauga a couple of hours ago. I only hope it actually arrives safely and that there are no more delays.
