I called at 5:30 PT this morning but didn't get through and called back at 5:50 and spoke to an agent after 20 minutes wait. Was helpful. Don't give up, keep trying.

yes I did, she said if the email says its confirmed, then it is at the VO. told her I was the one who got it not my PA and I didn't contact IRCC. she didn't want to provide full details since my PA is not on the phone.

my PA first got this on Monday night:

thank you for contacting immigration refugee and citizenship Canada
we verified the information you provided and have forwarded to the responsible office.
they will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application.

Then I got this yesterday:

Dear client,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at a visa office outside Canada.

Because of the specific nature of your enquiry, we invite you to contact them directly

Hey Guys I got my AOR1 on 13th of April, I haven't received any E-mail after that or any communication so called them today and now they are saying we did send you something on 14th April and we can also see there is Technical issue that you don't see Requests, Will ask Embassy to resend you the Request and you should see it in few Weeks. Is it happened to anyone else ? If yes that how long did it take to receive new instructions to upload PCC & Schedule A form ? They say it can take weeks ? Just wondering is it normal. ? Please Advise.

Hi there. I noticed your signature says you received a webform response today. Do you mind sharing what it says. We also submitted schedule A twice (first electronically signed then printed and hand signed) but we haven't received any response and that was since the 14th.

How did you know? You open your ECAS? Without linking to principal applicant? Is that possible?

Yes. You can check ECAS using Sponsor's UCI #. (Atleast thats how I checked mine)

We also never received ours so I called and the next morning we got the instruction email and the request for uploading Schedule A and PCC in our account, but she did say it could take a few days, I think it might depend on the visa officer.
