People say not to worry but it's hard not to. That's 1040$ of my money and 32$ worth of shipping and I have nothing to show for it.

Don't forget about the time. The delay in getting the file is delay in getting PR for your spouse. I don't expect these type of things from the immigration department.

To upload a file, access your MyCIC account and your spousal sponsorship application in the normal way (i.e. click on the 'Check status and messages' blue button. This displays the tracking stages page.

Then click on the 'View submitted application' blue button towards the bottom of the screen. This displays the 'Documents submitted by client' screen. In this screen should be a request for additional information from the visa office with a facility / button allowing you to upload images (JPG's) or PDF files.

Thanks Libu.. Although i checked that section and I have no option to upload in my "Documents submitted by client" section of gckey... Should I wait or upload schedule A via webform?

Wait for 5 business days to see if the option appears. After that call the IRCC and then upload it through webform (eventually they will ask you to upload it through webform).

or he could just upload thru web form now instead of waiting.... if it eventually appears in the cic acct, then do it again. bcox if it doesn't, they will ask him to use web form and that would be additional 10days. so might as well just upload on web form now

just make sure u validate, print, hand sign and scan to upload thru web form

You can upload now as well as suggested by AnneMariee but make sure to complete it (UCI#, Application#), validate, print, hand signature, scan and upload the Schedule A form.
