If you return my application, will I get a refund?
Yes. You will get a refund if your application is returned to you because:

it was incomplete, or
you applied before a program opens or after a program closed (for programs that have caps on the number of people that can apply).

i would think they send you a letter like when you overpay for something.. best bet, call CIC

my application didnt get returned so im not sure. going based on what others have experienced that i know of

How long after SA if the IRCC taking to ask for Schedule A? is there a trend? I got the SA approval mail on 30th March but nothing on my spouse's mail to upload Schedule A or PCC. Whats going on?

As per SA letter

"A request has or will be sent directly to the principal applicant with instructions outlining the requirements for submission of the Schedule A to CPC-Mississauga. If your principal applicant or their representative has not yet received this request, or an invitation to link their application to My CIC, it will be sent in the next 5 business days."

I will wait for 5 business days, and then send the forms via web form anyway if not receive the request.

Just checked the FEB 2017 thread. Apparently a lot of people did not receive a mail to upload Schedule A or PCC for many days. And they had to do it through web IRCC Web form. Anybody here did this already?

I submitted spousal application in March and got AOR and SA, Linked my account but no updates. I noticed that in ECAS it update a correspondence sent on March 30 (Which I never received) says - send requested document in 30 days. Now here is the problem,

I don't know what they have requested, I am guessing its schedule A background verification but not sure. Any help is much appreciated

Thanks Man, One more question. I noticed there are 2 Schedule A forms, which one I need to use.
1. With validation button - eIMM5669E.pdf - dated (01-2017)

2. No validation button - IMM5669 dated (12-2012)

I did this. I got request to upload but there was no option to upload on my cic account , so I used web form last week
