Hi right now my file is in CPC -M which was mentioned in my SA BUT AFTER SUBMISSION it may transfer to New Delhi but I didn't get the link for upload of PCC or Schedule A

Hey everyone..not sure if anyone used a lawyer to help with there app...but feeling pretty upset...thought my lawyer sent out my app from the beginning of March but called cic as I have been seeing other March appls getting through...anywho the lady at cic said no she does not see my app in the system...I dont know what to do...Is there anyway I could find out feel like hes not being truthful.

I sent my application on March 9th and it was received on March 10th (I know it was received because of the mail tracking via Canada Post and not because cic gave me an AOR). I'm still waiting for my AOR.

If you call up cic, depending on how thorough of a search the agent does on your application the search result varies. For instance the first time I had send my application (my application was returned in Feb) I had called cic three times.... The first two times they simply said that my application is not on file, but on the third time the agent did a thorough search using my receipt number and was able to tell me that the application was received but is being sent back.

So either one of two things has happened to your application:
1) Worst case scenario: It is being sent back to you.
2) Best case scenario: It hasn't been opened yet.

I included them in my Application , Got the AOR 1 and aslo linked my application. They didnt ask me to upload schedule A and PCC yet. Is this Normal?

Yeah I already uploaded schedule A a week ago, when they requested and sent my police certificate with the application. and than today I received a letter saying that I met all the requirements for sponsorship. It didn't say anything about transferring file or whatnot. btw I only paid for sponsorship fees and not permanent residence fees? but they haven't asked for any other?

ok what will happen next is, they will send you a letter AOR2 when they have forwarded your application to visa office (but they also may not) but still forward. it is on the letter they should ask you to pay for PR fees. they will ask it soon

Nope ! I don't see any request for schedule A form or Pcc yet. Will they send an email? I have already linked the application though . The other thing i did was I included both the schedule A form and the Pcc along with Application.

if you included both, then they should not request for it. I included pcc only and they only requested for schedule A. so I think you should be fine

My table in the GC key does not give an option to uplaoad any doc.....the tab where it says review of additional docs : it says NA.
