Hey just received a request to upload IMM5669 schedule A this morning. Finished uploading it just now. Lets see.

did you get it in the mail or email. the request I mean

March 7 applicant and no AOR 1 yet.

I applied for my husband this month, I am in Brampton, he is in Africa. Received march 7th, he was the first to get email to link the application on the 17th march which we did same day. I got AOR march 18th (Saturday).

I checked under the 'application status' and saw "2.We sent you correspondence on March 18, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."
what could that possibly be and does that mean they sent something to me in the mail because there is nothing in both our emails/junk/etc.

we had done police report before we realized that they should request for it separately but we included it in the application anyway.

I am also yet to receive SA or request to upload schedule A . I actually thought that I had been approved as a sponsor when we both received initial emails until I started to read this forum.

what should we expect now?
thank you all

That's pretty normal. I applied November 10th and didn't receive AOR1 until December 1st. You'll probably hear something next week :D

Hi guys! My husband (PA) received an email yesterday, March 22nd, with his application and UCI number and we successfully linked it on CIC website. But there's nothing in there, no request to upload the Sched A and Police certificate. Does anyone know the average time before we receive the request to upload Sched A?

same with mine. so just wait until they request for it. and u can never predict when they will request for sth. it varies from case to case

After linking the application to the CIC account on Mar 17. I got a message in my CIC account on Mar 20 and got notified through email. The message in the CIC account was regarding uploading the Schedule A form.

hey guys,

Me and my wife got married Nov 2016 it was arranged marriage.
We had decided to go to Thailand for our honeymoon, bought ticket, book hotel in Bangkok.

But when my wife applied for Thailand visa she was denied, 2 times. We don't know why she was refused visa, Thailand wouldn't disclose the information.

I have mentioned about the visa refusal o IRCC in the sponsorship application.

I have already submitted sponsorship application. Will IRCC make a big deal about being refused visa to Thailand?

does that mean that you and your wife have not seen each other before?
if you had seen each other prior to the arranged marriage, it shouldn't be much of a problem. though arranged marriage is often a red flag.
but being refused visa to another country really has nothing to do with your Canada application except it was visa to Canada that had been refused twice before , then that is a big red flag

no no, we have talked since April, and I booked all the flights and hotel for Thailand before we got married.
our wedding was on nov last year.
my wife applied for Thailand visa month before we gotten married.
we give Thailand our passport, airline ticket, hotel. with our names.
But they still refused her into Thailand.
idk

I asked if you have seen each other, not just talk over the phone. they prefer that you have met in person and all.
did you two wanted to get married in Thailand? or it was purely arranged from the beginning? or was it arranged because she couldn't get visa to Thailand?
however, you should not worry too much. as long as you have proof that you booked all the tickets to Thailand before your wedding but unfortunately refused.
they may just ask for more proof that the relationship is indeed genuine and may possibly schedule an interview.
its hard to predict CIC, but just wait until you get AOR and SA from them first.
good luck
