Hi bilabongster!

We have almost the same timeline. We received our SA. We are now waiting for Schedule A and PCC. I don't know if I should upload to IRCC webpage or wait for an advice to upload to Principal Applicant. Hopefully we'll get Schedule A and PCC request by next week.

Hey, Yes our timelines are pretty similar.
I am thinking of waiting for 5 Business days to pass and then upload through web form..

Hi All ,

I was wondering if the PA has to "hand sign" the Schedula A form or is printing the name digitally is fine?

So, three weeks now since the SA email, and no correspondence with the PA whatsoever although stated in ECAS.

I did not get AOR1
I did not get request
I did not get upload slots in CIC
ECAS status is DM for sponsorship, and App rec'd in PR.

Used the webform a week ago to upload the schedule A and PCC, and raised a technical issue.
let's see.

if you want to upload using web form, make sure u also attach copy of the request, your cic page proving that you cant upload. the agent said otherwise they wont send it to them. that the tech team need to see that you don't have the option to upload it when they requested for it.
you can take a screen shot of the ECAS showing a correspondence was sent and you can also take shots of your linked cic under 'view submitted' and put in the body of the message that you called the office and was told to use web form. you know, just so they see that you are not trying to jump the gun

That makes sense! but how about folks who are not receiving the request at all? what are they supposed to do? There are quite a few people who did not receive the mail to upload for 2-3 weeks.. :-\

you are not to print, sign and upload. you only do that if they ask you to mail it in.

if you are uploading on cic acct or web form, you are to electronically sign i.e by typing ur name you are confirming that you are signing ur name on it

Hello guys, As always a placer and a relief read this forum :)

Is this SA approval letter:
"We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor" ????

They also requested: "The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga will continue to hold the associated Application for
Permanent Residence awaiting the submission of a completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM5669)."
But there isn't any upload available on my cic! :$

last question: I won't need to submit police clearance right? (This will take forever in our country)

I hope to had feedback from you soon, thank you

Why do you think you would not need to submit Police clearance.. If it takes a long time in your country, you should start the process as soon as possible. And CIC also mentions the same thing in the checklist and guides - to start the process early

the best answer is to call. like I said above, speak with someone and ensure they actually look at your file. i would suggest that ecase says correspondence was sent but you are yet to receive anything and you are yet to get schedule A request, that should make them look at your file. dont let them give you generic answer, I had about three people like that who didnt look at my file, when i called again , i changed my story and I got lucky to get someone who said they have sent a note to the officer in charge of my file that we are yet to get schedule A request since correspondence was sent march 18th since we linked on the 17th. less than an hour after she said this, my PA got email asking for schedule A.

My file was recieved on 31st March 2017... anyone here with same timeline...

Hi Anne, have you sent schedule A through web form? or you sent it following receiving of a request email? thank you.
