march 7 app got aor today march 30

Sent my application on March 9th (and was received on March 10th by cic as per Canada Post) but still no AOR
Hope its not sent back again. Anyone else in the same position as me?

We are of the same dates and still no aor1 too.

That's common, typically MyCIC will not update for anything related to the sponsorship application, it shows updates to the PA application. Even then, it's not that reliable.

GCKEY will change to wording such as we are reviewing your eligibility and your application is in process next to background check, etc

Yes, that's was changed this Wednesday and still the same

Eligibility will continue to say that until almost the very end.

Yes, because that's related to the PA application. They started reviewing my eligibility before I got my SA email. Plus, it's common that it takes a while for it to update. For example, background check won't change to "Complete" until the COPR is sent out, usually.

the eligibility is for the PA, not the sponsor so now they are checking to make sure that the person being sponsored is admissible to canada... it could take a while and now the doc requests may start...

yupp!!! mine was changed yesterday and i got a letter last night that was dated for the 28th

Probably you can change a browser and try again.

Application sent already.. medical test, police records all done and submitted. They have received it on march 17 and it will be two weeks tomorrow march 31. Until now i havent heard anything from them

not to worry!! i sent all of that in too and it took 17 days to get AOR1... you can always call them to see if they have received it. if they give you a file number you will get your AOR1. if not, itll more than likely be returned!

Im getting nervous because i havent heard anything from them. I should just wait
