Hello guys, I have a following strange thing: today I checked MyCIC account and under submitted docs I saw the following lines:

"The following documents were submitted or have been requested to support your application.
You can only provide new versions of previously submitted documents if we request it.
If you do not send the requested document by the deadline, the status will change to "Overdue" and you will not
be able to submit the document. We will review your application without the requested document.
After attaching your document, choose the "Next" button and follow the instructions to submit your
document."

1) there was still no button to upload docs
2) there was no any request visible
3) when I logged out and then login - no such message anymore...

is that a glitch?

Just anxious to know if you have received any update post your Medicals ?
Since your file is to be transferred to NDVO, I am inquisitive to know if NDVO is working on similar pace unlike CPC-Mississauga and we can expect our visa's soon.

Hey guys,
Just to give updates to the people who might be in my situation, I got the MAIL (wanna emphasize that it was not an email) from IRCC requesting Schedule A and police check two days ago. In the letter it says, "we should get the docs by 28th April." Obviously IRCC couldn't foresee how long the letter would take to arrive. I called the IRCC, told about the situation, a helpful lady responded me that it would be no problem as they are aware of the technical issue.
Anyways, I sent the docs yesterday. I guess I will get a confirmation when they receive them.
Has anyone mailed the Schedule A? Does IRCC inform when they receive the additional docs?

My husband's schedule a and pcc was confirmed received on May 1st, and up to now, no update about transferring the file to manila visa office.

Hey guys, I'm going to be posting in here a bit as well as joining the March spread sheet. The Feb one is constantly messed up. so I might as well plot my data elsewhere.

Has anyone else, who is OUTLAND US, hit a lul in receiving anything? I've been stuck in ("Your application is being processed, next step is a background check.") since March.3.2017. Thanks!

Schedule A was attached to file on April 15th, and file transfer on May 6th, so it takes them 3 weeks before they transfer your file to visa office abroad. My husband's schedule a and pcc was confirmed received on May 1st, and up to now, no update about transferring the file to manila visa office.

My schedule A was submitted on Apr 4 and confirmed attached to file on Apr 25 and my file still has not been transferred to a VO either. Persons that received SA after me have been transferred and are "In Process" already.

We're in a similar case. We sent it upfront, our application is in process, but it doesn't show anything as linked. MyCIC also hasn't switched over to saying "Background check in progress".
Our SA letter didn't say ANYTHING about being sent to a VO, but when I talked to a woman on the phone about it, she said that means it will most likely be going to Ottawa then. (If you're from the US that's the usual.)

Yes, my fiancé is from the US so we are waiting to be transferred to Ottawa and for background check to start. I just want to be sure everything is ok with schedule A and they aren't waiting on anything else from us. If mycic was working properly we wouldn't have to worry so much.

Guys just an update.

*Application received by cic on April 10. *Received AOR on May 5.
*Received request for Schedule A on May 8.
*Received Medical request for my wife today as of May 10.
*Regarding SA. I already checked my ECAS. Its showing Decision Made. That means my SA is approved and they sent the medical instructions.
Only thing left is I am still waiting for them to send the request for PCC. Haven't received any Email yet.
