Hi All,

I want to add our whatsapp conversation in the file as proof of text messages. When I email my whatsapp history, it shows as a text file. There is nothing which will show that what is the platform for that conversation. When I will take a print, it will be just a text conversation between two names. Shouldn't there be any way to show that its whatsapp details

Any Idea or suggestions. And is there any way to see WhatsApp call records?

I just called IRCC inquiring about my application and was told they are currently sending out AORs for applications received on March 27th. Obviously this isn't accurate since 29th and 30th people are receiving theirs in the spreadsheet.

We had just got our application sent back due to my husband's birth certificate was not legible ( there had been a crease and I didn't realise that his birth date was no longer showing on the birth certificate when making the copy) :-(

He was born in Texas and after searching online it takes 10-15 days to process a birth certificate, but online there is also an option to request an "Birth Abstract Birth Certificate" which would take 3-5 days and mailed to Canada. Has anyone submitted a birth abstract before?

Hi all, just wanted to quickly understand the process here. I got my AOR1 on April 13th. I have linked the account on same day (Thursday last week). Now my question is am I suppose to wait to get the request for uploading Schedule - A form and PCC, or it should be already there to my account ? If I don't have to wait than what can I do to request one. Can SA comes before uploading Schedule A or PCC. What is the order ?

So I still haven't gotten 5669... uploaded another one with it printed out validated and signed via web form.

Just got a response from IRCC with the following:

Because of the specific nature of your enquiry, we invite you to contact them directly in order to:

Report important changes,
Provide documents,

Once you select the office you wish to contact, you will be presented with the different ways you may.

It's most likely that my application got sent to hong kong, but I can't find a way to get in touch with them... what am I supposed to do now...

PS: CIC centre still impossible to reach anyone...

If your uploading the Schedule A through the CIC account just electronically sign by typing the PA name in the signature box. If your sending the Schedule A through mail or IRCC webform you need to complete, validate, print, physically sign at the bottom signature box, scan and upload. Hope that helps.

They have not sent any instructions yet about how they want me to send it. In the Sponsor Approval email, they just mentioned that you will have to provide the Schedule A within 30 days from when you receive the request to provide the Schedule A from IRCC.
Does that mean that they will send another email instructing how they want me to send it? has anyone else dealt with this situation yet?

It is better to upload the documents through IRCC webform, i have seen a lot of people waiting for their communication and eventually they get none.

I don't think you can upload any document unless they ask for it. I am in the same situation. i got the SA email but they stated in that email that i'll get another email instructing me how they want me to send them Schedule A. I am waiting on that now. Beside, i dont have any option in My CIC account to upload any document yet. Do you?

You can upload the documents through IRCC webform.

There is no harm in uploading in IRCC webform since it takes almost 10 business days for the documents to reach to them. If you get a CIC upload request which is instant reception of the documents, you are lucky. Else, you need to eventually upload through IRCC webform after waiting for a considerable number of days.

I called cic yesterday and told the woman that I talked to about how we didn't receive our request for schedule a and PCC, and she said she sent a note to the visa officer to send it again and didn't tell us to submit through IRCC we form, but to submit a technical issue there so we didn't miss anymore forms. This morning we got our request email and now our online account has the options to upload Sched a and PCC there! so for those who are still having difficulty, calling may be the fastest way for you to fix it (if you're inside of the country and can call)

I think you should wait till you get SA email. But someone with better insight will help you out.
