Well I sent my application on January 25, they received it January 28.
Sent me an email stating they will start processing my sponsorship application March 8, 2016.. April 5, 2016.. I have not heard anything back... Is this a good thing? Maybe is because my sponsorship application did not miss any info... I hope :

Our package was received March 10th 2016 and we just received AOR1. Ohhh the suspense!!!

*as of now the UCI they provided still isn't allowing us to login online though.

I received an email this afternoon that I met all requirements to sponsor my wife and that the file has been forwarded to her regional VO.

I also noticed that the second line has been added to the sponsored timeline. It just took 35 days since my application has been received.

1. We received XXXXXXX's Application for permanent residence on March2,2016
2. Medical results have been received.

I think it's a time to pray more!!! ;D ;D ;D

Hello. May i ask about the option c print out. My wife just landed in Canada on August 2015 and has just started working last September 2015. We have already filed our application last March 21st but didnt include the option c print out because my wife didnt have that yet. What we did is we just send a letter explaining why we dont have it. Do you think is that ok? I have noticed that some provide a notice of assessment in the absence of the option c print out. Do we still have to provide the notice of assessment? Im a bit worried that our application will be return if we dnt have it. Hope you guys can help. Thank you.

Did you call CIC? If not, you should, to check what is going on with your application.

This is a good sign. I am sure there are good things coming out of Dar and Nairobi Visa offices. please keep me updated and all the best in the remaining part of your journey as you wait to be reunited with your wife.

Thank you Deepax for info. One more Question do I need to Update spouse name in Passport as I got married Recently. I got my PR in July-2015. I am coming back from vacation on April-21 to Canada. I am planning to do Medicals & PCC for my wife I want to know what is process to do Medicals and Police Clearance Certificate from India.

My app was received on 2nd of Feb and got AOR1 on 11th March, and application is in process since March 10th, after that I did not hear any thing from CIC, did not get SA yet,

Does anyone else have the same timeline as mine and waiting for SA?

Yes, I'm still waiting for my SA and I'm planning to contact CIC tomorrow
