Hi everyone,

My medical exam is scheduled on March 15 then I will send my application to my husband in Canada. Hopefully he can submit it this month.

One question though, do I have to include in my documents my application to New York as a nurse? I was interviewed in the US Embassy here in Manila June 2013 but I was not given a visa as the consul think that my contract is not favorable to me and advised my employer in New York to refile me again with changes required by the consul. I was not denied and the consul did not put any stamp in my passport. My employer in New York told me that they will refile me again. However, I decided not continue my application to New York as I just got married to a Canadian citizen, and he doesn't want me to work there but in Canada as a registered nurse. I'm a USRN and Canada is now accepting US license nurse without undergoing their board exam equivalent to NCLEX.

In my exchanged of emails with my husband when we were just starting our relationship as boyfriend/girlfriend, I mentioned about the whole thing with the US application.

So do I need to give the documents given to me by the US Embassy requiring me to reapply and my letter of withdrawal my my employer in New York?

Your reply is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Hello rsk8

DM for sponsor approval or applicant...

My application is received by CPC-M yesterday. Good luck to everyone.

Hi forumites,

Can anybody tell me what all docs do we need for Pre-medicals or just take an appointment straight away.

Also kindly confirm that we just need to pay the fees online and include receipt of it, no additional forms required.

Thanks for your replies.

Hello everyone !
I'm French and I live in Vancouver with my partner (in common law). He is Canadian and he sponsors me for PR.

Our application is done, and sent to Mississauga on March 1st.

My situation is a bit complicate, as I'm in divorce process in France and I have 4 kids, under the custody of their mother.

After having spent a lot of time on the forms, I decided to hire a lawyer. My ex refused the medical exam for kids, so I had to provide all the emails about that to my lawyer and sign the Clarification of Regulation 117 (9) (d).

If anybody is in the same situation, please feel free to contact me !

Anyway, the application is sent, Medical exam done.

Let's see how long it will take !!!

Have a nice day, all of you !

Dong

Hi all,

Our spousal PR application was received in Mississauga today. What a relief to get that package out!

I'm a Canadian citizen sponsoring my American husband. We have two young sons together, living with us in Canada.

Is there a March 2016 spreadsheet set up yet?

Best wishes and good luck to all!

Michele

I don't believe so; however, there is a generic 2016 Outland Spreadsheet (see my signature).

:)

I just booked an appointment for my medical on March 23rd, so I might be sending my application out in time for the CIC to receive it by the end of this month (I hope to send it out the next day with 2-day mail service).
