Awe thanks Tinyaries! I guess the majority of us are waiting. Hard not to be jealous watching all the good news but I believe if you stay positive it will happen in due time.

That is right Canadianinlove!
It is great to see how some of us have successfully completed the process, but a little hard for some others like us to sit tight awaiting for good news. In Gods perfect time we all be in green "landed" :)

All the best ;)

any march 2015 applicant from Manila here? can you please share your timeline?

thanks,

Here's the March/April/May outland spreadsheet: https://goo.gl/6Nc9AQ

Looks like user "Jolei" took 112 days to DM (Wow that's fast!)
User "pinapple5678" 102 days to PPR

There's 7 Manilas on there.

IP! Oh my god, I'm so excited! I just sat down after work and remembered I hadn't checked ECAS in a few days. I log in and IP is staring directly at me!

For those who already entered Canada, can you share your experience in the immigration. What questions they asked. Thanks

You're in Canada under wich program, if you were convicted by any crime and your current adress in order to send the PR card.
All anwsers are on the CoPR and the "interview" takes about 5 minutes.

I got a notification today that my application was refused. They asked for my CSQ the last week of May and gave me 30 days. I emailed and said I would send it when I got it, but that was unlikely to be soon as the MIDI was behind. I didn't hear anything from my email, so I called a few weeks later, and the agent assured me that all was well and they wouldn't take action at least another 30 days (true) and that MIDI would send the CSQ to CIC internally (not so true).

It's possible (even probable) that MIDI is just REALLY behind on sending things to CIC (it HAS been a month since I received it) and I did do what I thought was playing it safe and scanned and sent the CSQ to CPC-Ottawa via the Case Specific Enquiry form, but the agent I spoke to today said they have no record of that either (also plausible, since the enquiry form did say to expect a 30 day wait for a response.)

Anyway, I express-mailed a letter today explaining the situation with the original CSQ and all the emails I have sent back and forth with CIC asking them to re-open my case. I'll keep you all posted, here's to hoping I don't have to start all over.

Good news! I called the call centre today, and they told me that my case was reopened Thursday, 10 days after they received the letter with the documentation and letter explaining that I had indeed furnished my CSQ, along with a copy of it.

They didn't/wouldn't say when everything would be squared away, but I'm hoping I get a COPR within the month… we will see! My eCAS says "In Process" again but the detail page still says "a decision has been made" which is weird, but whatevs.

I got my Privacy Act GCMS notes in the meantime. The whole file was squared away, relationship considered bond fide, and all criminality/admissibility checks passed, at the time that they requested the CSQ. I could have landed by now if Quebec didn't have their own thing hahahahaha.

Wow that's great! It's nice to know that decisions are not set in stone if a mistake has been made.

Hi gooh! I hope this is wonderful news for you!!! I'm a bit confused. My ECAS under Applicant changed to "In Process" within a few days of getting SA....I suspect our application hasn't even arrived at the VO overseas yet. Maybe CIC is following a different process? I'm sure I won't hear from them for another 2 years...
