When I read on here that as an American my husband would have PR by summer I was in disbelief. Thanks to this forum though we had hope and the information was amazing.

Applied beginning of March, got his acceptance 3 days ago!!!

And I thought at first it would take 18 months, if you go by what it says on the CRC website.

8 years of procrastination, 4 months to get the PR. I'm not supposed to know the good news yet as I found out ( ) my husband is saving it for me for my birthday in a few days but I had to share it here. ;D

For the record it took less than a month for me to get sponsorship approval, though I am on disability.

The system does work, again thanks for this amazing forum!!!!!!!!!!!
