Since I've sent my application 15 days ago and cic changed the process time to 64 days, should I count 64-15?

Thats awesome! it scared me when it was 84 day few weeks ago.

They say on the web site that they are working on applications from the 12th of Jan.

PS please add me!

Submitted my application last week, confirmed delivery via Canada Post this week. Put my info in the spreadsheet. :)

Yes they will ask for the updated form as they evaluate the applications on the date they start to look at. I sent mine in July 14 the form was updated August and when they looked at it requested the updated form which put the application back to start over.

In August they updated the IMM1344 - which was the sponsor form and they got all the applicants to resend. However when Gen 008 was updated in November, people (In November & March ) who sent the older version did not get theirs returned. So I am really hoping they dont ask the updated version since there is really no change in them !!

Yeah, should be an accurate figure. Don't be surprised if it's a bit sooner than this though.
Thanks for response, but why sooner? *-*

Can someone please add me to the spreadsheet, I have a hard time adding my info. Much appreciated.

Application sent on March 18, 2015.
Application received by Mississauga Case Processing Center on March 19, 2015.

DanSlh I would bet ours will get processed no later then beginning of May at the rate they are going, they are on a house of fire at the moment, that's the worst scenario is beginning of May, perhaps an AOR a bit sooner?

It would be great!!!

So why the speed up of processing all of a sudden? I'm not complaining, just curious.

The same thing happened last year. I think it's because they slow down during the holiday season from being closed on certain days and people taking time off. They seem to get out from under the backlog starting in mid to late February and things start moving faster.

And...our application is going in today. Will be adding myself to the March spreadsheet soon...

Welcome Luna21,

Hopefully you will join us in the Mexico forum here:

I sent you a PM.

Looking at FEB 2015 shows that some Feb 2015 applicants have started getting AORs/SAs. We seem to be about a month away. Glad to see the speed of the first stage. ;D

I have a quick question: the time indicated by cic website is for both, AoR and sa or just for AoR?
And how long, usually it takes between AoR and sa?
One more thing: since I'm going throught Quebec, I'll receive a sa or just AoR and the letter requesting for csq?
I'm a little confused.

Hi DanSlh, if I understood correctly, we will receive standard SA, which will indicate that we need to submit this letter to the MICC.
