Yep if they want all the forms updated, for those who missed the feb updates there is gonna be a backlog of case files put to the side if they insist on having the updated form, luckily I caught it before I submitted mine, but what a hassle its going to cause when they get into the feb. files.

A quick question, I am having almost over 300 pages of information and wondering how to send all these as I cant seem to fit them all into one envelope, did you guys put them in multiple envelopes and then courier it ?. Any advice would be very helpful

Hi itmeysh,
It is quite normal for applications to go out in a medium to large shipping box instead of an envelope- I used a medium sized fedex box and put all my 3 envelopes in it separated as sponsor, sponsored person and evidence

This is what I found most helpful during organising and send off-from this very forum of course!

all the best of luck!

Done!:) Thank you!

I have a quick question: the time indicated by cic website is for both, AoR and sa or just for AoR?
And how long, usually it takes between AoR and sa?
One more thing: since I'm going throught Quebec, I'll receive a sa or just AoR and the letter requesting for csq?
I'm a little confused.

From what I've seen other posters say on the forum, you should get the standard SA/AOR, depends on Mississauga. You should get the CSQ request sometime during stage 2

I think I saw a post where rhcohen2014 mentioned their CSQ.

Hi, can you guys add me to the spreadsheet as well.

Here is my timeline.

Received at Mississauga today march 20th 2015
Medical done February 2nd February 2015
Family class
New Delhi Visa Office

Ah, my mistake then. It was somewhere in the CPC Ottawa thread

Since I've sent my application 15 days ago and cic changed the process time to 64 days, should I count 64-15?

Application received at Mississauga yesterday... Spousal sponsorship... Quebec applicant.
Now the wait begin.. Tricky question, I'm waiting for my citizenship oath in the next couple of months, does that change anything with the sponsorship process ? Should I do anything when my status changes from permanent resident to citizen ?

AOR, and instructions for you to continue undertaking application with Quebec, which will finally issue a CSQ and then transfer your file to the visa office (stage 2).

Yeah, should be an accurate figure. Don't be surprised if it's a bit sooner than this though.
